  • Free Evaluation (10min)

    10 minutes
    You want to drop off a device for an evaluation for a follow-up response by phone, or If you prefer and depending on my availability, I will evaluate your problem at my office on the spot. I will visually inspect your device and make an educated guess on the cause based on my 20+ years of experience in this field. An evaluation is not a replacement for a full diagnostic or an analysis. Many issues require a full diagnostic/analysis of the hardware or the software before an accurate assessment of repairs can be completed. In some cases, my evaluations may help you decide whether diagnosing or repairing your issue is cost/time effective. If you rather have a question answered about technology, you can consult with me over the phone or through an in-office visit. I also provide home visit services depending on my availability and the type of service you request.

  • Phone/Remote Support/Consultation

    Flexible
    You have technical questions that you want an expert opinion on, or you are facing a computer challenge that you require assistance on, either over the phone or via my remote service. You might also want to schedule an appointment for me to look at an issue, or have a question about a subscription with me that may be covered under that service agreement. After the meeting is created, I will contact you to confirm. Once the appointment is confirmed, I will call you at the scheduled time. If help is needed via a remote session, I will email you instructions on establishing the remote connection before the appointment. See my phone/remote consultation service rates for more information. If this is your first time speaking to me, the first 5 minutes are free to help you decide if my recommendations are worth it. I accept payments via Venmo or Paypal after the service is completed.

  • Pick-up/Drop-off Office Visit

    You want to pick up or drop off a device that involves a diagnostic, repair, or resolution of a non-working issue. If you are picking up your device from servicing, please disregard the following:Since I operate by appointment, for drop-offs involving servicing of your device, please note that I have a 3-hour minimum for cancellations and a 15-minute maximum for late arrivals. Please be on time, and if you have to cancel/reschedule, give me plenty of notice. If this is a drop-off involving a service that is due to be rendered, I reserve the right to charge you a half fee for failing to meet the above conditions. Contact me if you have questions.

  • In-Office Consultation

    You have a question/concern that you need advice on, in my office. If this is an initial In-Shop Consultation, the first 10 minutes is free. After that, unless you have a service plan with me, my fee will be charged and collected after the appointment, via check, cash, or Paypal/Venmo. Please note that I have a 3-hour minimum for cancellations and a 15-minute maximum for late arrivals. Please be on time, and if you have to reschedule give me plenty of notice. Being later over the maximum, or failing to show requires a full payment which I will bill you for. If you reschedule under the above conditions, I will apply half the fee charged as a credit to your next appointment, remind me of that on your next appointment. For all appointments that happen on the scheduled day/time, the fee is applied directly to the services you require. Contact me if you have questions.

  • At-Location Consultation

    You require computer service, at your location. This service is per hour with a 1-hour minimum. My fee will be charged and collected after the appointment via check, cash, or Paypal/Venmo. Please note that I have a 3-hour minimum for cancellations and a 10-minute maximum for late arrivals. Please be at your location on time, and if you have to reschedule, give me plenty of notice. Being later over the maximum, or failing to show requires a full payment which I will bill you for. If you reschedule under the above conditions, I will apply half the fee charged as a credit to your next appointment, remind me of that on your next appointment. I might attempt to contact you before the appointment to verify you are at the location and confirm details about the visit. However, I still consider it your responsibility to be at your location and respond-able when I arrive. If you are not at your location or cannot answer the door when I arrive, I will make 1 attempt to contact you by calling the number specified in your booking and make 2 attempts at the front-facing door to your location. I will consider the appointment a no-show if I don't receive an answer within a ten-minute window after arrival. There are no refunds for rescheduling after the 3-hour minimum for cancellations, and the 10-minute maximum for late arrivals/no-shows. Contact me if you have questions.
